The California Construction Authority designed and installed multiple grid-connected photovoltaic systems at various state and county fairgrounds in 2003. This site presents simple performance data information for each system at each site to detect and quickly respond to significant performance degradations.

Additional uses for the collected data will be developed as as cumulative experience allows increasingly rational prioritization.
